What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We inspect every piece carefully before it is beautifully packed and shipped. However, if your item is damaged during transit, we are committed to making it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video showing the unopened package being opened for the first time. Once we receive the video evidence, we will try our absolute best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
